Had the brackets that go between the fenders and the frame rails powdercoated white. they used to be covered in dirt and junk

Engine harness pulled out and separated. Covers removed and pass side harness thinned out to the only 3 plugs/wires I'll need. Going to test fit the harness and work on the firewall pass through tomorrow. Drivers side harness is still pretty nasty

So, after thinking more and more about the wiring tuck and aux heater, I've decided the entire HVAC box is coming out of the car. I don't have heater core lines or AC so I don't really need it other than for housing the aux heater core. I'm just going to invest in a 12v electric jacket instead.
That being removed will clear out a whole bunch of room under the dash for running extra wiring or hiding extra controllers. Pics to follow

How the hell do you keep track of what goes to what?! Lol. I wish we lived a little closer than like 2 hours from each other, would love to see this in person.

HVAC box really doesnt weigh too much, maybe 10 lbs? I expected it to be heavier

keep everything labeled, try to have things routed in the OEM location while rerouting the fusebox wiring etc. Its not really easy to track but all the labels help, plus this isnt the first time i've done this to this car
