Also, thinking about moving up towards Detroit (Auburn Hills, Farmington Hills area) next summer. Lots of jobs up there that will pay me way more than I make in Indiana

I have family in that area. IMO Farmington Hills > Auburn Hills. Plus Detroit is getting better.
