For the record, for anyone planning on reading the books as an "in between seasons" thing, the third season is only the FIRST HALF of the third book because there is so much important stuff going in the third book.

I have to give credit to Jack Gleeson (Joffrey) though, he is doing an excellent job getting the audience to hate his character.

At least John Snow isn't dead. I also thought it was almost poetic to end with the dragons eye view of Kahleesi ... And possible a genius stroke of foreshadowing.
