what happen to boost? 4.7% n75 duty cycle with 0.5bar boost

request boost is as usual

but the actual boost only around 0.5 bar with 4.7% n75 duty cycle

it most likely happen after shift gear from 2nd to 3rd
it happened after i replace the oem pipe with HI-FLO Air Charge Pipe

very strange..


any idea?

Boost leak? Check your connections, that coupler between the intercooler and charge pipe is a known spot for boost leaks. If it was fine before you touched it and isn't fine now, there's a good chance whatever you touched has an issue so check there first.

Did you get the MAP sensor positioned properly and connected again? ←because I am guessing the up pipe(fmic to tb) is the one of the two you replaced...

x2 - check the actual physical connection and wiring, individual wiring can come loose when you pull/remove to put map on new pipe

Check the actual map sensor too while you're at it. There are some cheap Chinese models out there that actually blow apart... Had it happen to me. You will see the PCB showing if it's blown apart
