I also got a CEL recently. Scanned it and got these codes. So since my version is 0040, i already got the update and flash?
Would I still be able to get this fixed under powertrain warranty?
Should I put my intake back to stock before taking it in?

At first the dealership didn't want to cover it but I kept fighting it and they eventually said they'd call VW to get it covered. Let me leave with the repair and said they'd call me if it wasn't covered. Never got a call back so...

I had a problem with my intake runner...my CEL came on took it in, and they fixed it real quick. Covered by warrantee so i wasn't too bothered. But this happened last summer. Probably around July.

ive thrown a check engine light for this before and they cleared the code. CEL came back last week and went away. i'm assuming it's the same issue. TSB's aren't recalls though.

so was having cuts lately. got checked out today and was told it was my flapper. is this an official recall or just a tsb. i have 107k on the clock. also it appears this will reflash me back to stock. how much will it cost to get reflashed. revo should have me in their system

The aftermarket flash should include the update for the flapper motor unless the flash is so old that it was done before the TSB.
If that is the case, get an updated flash from your aftermarket provider, not the dealer.
