Plastidip is literally spray on rubber. It drys to the touch in about 30 minutes and rock solid in about 4-6 hours. It will not fade or crack or anything because it is rubber. People have had it on cars for years an no problems yet.

It is open to the public from sunrise to sunset. Absolutely no racing or speeding is tolerated by the Park Police. I have inquired about the possiblity of having an Auto-X or some small slalom events and was told under no circumstances would that ever be allowed. Newman-Haas racing had looked into staging an IRL race there and the community had a shit fit even the though the nearest house is like 3 miles away. . There is also the problem of capacity. The rules of the park stipulate that no more that 1000 cars are to be in the park at once so a large scale race event is out. I love it out there. Good place to go chill and clear out my head. RC planes in the back and RC cars near the entrance, hiking trails, fishing, historic plane museum and they also just finished the Aviator sprts complex. lots to do out there.http://www.nps.gov/nr/travel/aviation/flo.htm

thanks for the info man, a friends friend of my told me about his friends doing drags there at night. So i assumed they did it at night? or soemthing. But i will sure check other the place. WHere are you by? im by bay ridge in BK. I know they host rc car races there.
