We are aiming for over 100 mkVs. We had ~100 attend last year. Lets break our record.
Please, mkV only. There are plenty of VW bbqs year round. We are trying to make this special with only MKVs.
For those coming from far and need hotel accomodations, PM me and I'll see what I can do.
We will be charging $20 per person. In return you will get a T-shirt, Raffle ticket, and as much food and drinks as you want.
Typical burgers and hotdogs.
People are welcome to bring any food/snacks if they want; but isn't required.
If you have special needs, vegatarian, etc. Please tell me.
NO ALCOHOL, we will have a lot of underage people there and the permit is under my name
If I get in trouble, I'm kicking your ass
If I see any alcohol I will confiscate it, and consume it at home
Do not bring propane tanks or glass bottles, they are prohibited.
Please respect our neighbors. No loud music, or revving engines. You will be asked to stop, if we have to talk to you again, we'll ask you to leave.
Please post in the thread if you plan to attend, and add if your bringing any guests. That way we can get a headcount of how many people to expect.
Please don't bring too many guests. Our permit is for up to 100 people.
The permit for 101-250 people costs a lot more money. If we have over 100 mkVs RSVP. I will gladly buy it.

park entrance is 40ft on the left
