Got pulled over for Modified Exhaust? VC 27151

There is the underlying issue right there. He was driving a honda with a muffler on it. In Socal that makes you a target for the cops. I bet you a mustang with exhaust wouldn't even get a second glance.

My Z06 is obnoxiously loud...no front plate, dark tint. Cops ignore it...
If I was driving a riced-out honda civic, I'd be toast.
Much of this has to do with your area though...Ventura County isn't that bad.
