That converts to 356 ft/lbs. You're close, although a little high.

Are you having boost spikes over 25psi (1.7 bar)? Lots of us with S3 K04s have had wastegate issues where the car will spike pretty high at the onset of boost. I was getting near 30psi (2 bar) on mine before I adjusted it. You want to be right around a 22-25psi spike, with the car settling immediately to 20.

Is there instructions on how to adjust the wastegate actuator? Would hate to turn it the wrong way etc

I wouldn't touch it until you get your fueling sorted out. It's supposed to be factory calibrated, so this is likely not your issue.

I would not touch the wastegate at all unless you knew it was incorrect.
