Second owner. I bought my 06 GTI in 2008 with 36,000 miles (lease turn-in). As of today, it has 88,900 miles on it and I paid it off in January.

I've been through so much with this car, but I still love it.

yup. bought it new in march 2007. kept it stock(minus the basics) until the warranty ran out and then the mod bug hit me once again.i still love it just like the day i got it , if not more. prob another 2 years with the golf as im waiting on the new M1 to be cheap anuf to purchase one second hand..

Purchased my 2009 GTI new in September 2008. Mileage is 48,113 as of this post, which I am currently writing from the driver seat while parked outside my job. Hoping for many more miles.
