08 gti shakes in 1st gear low rpm

First time it did it i started put in drive and it started shaking and grind put in reverse and didnt do it. Next day i was slowing down and when it got to 1st gear idling to go up dirt road it did again. Some told me its a mount i looked and two top ones seem fine but one one bottom has a space in it should it look like that

Yes, there's a steel collar that runs through the rubber bushing and it protrudes a bit like that. You will see a gap like that even with the bolt fully tightened.

Seems to only do it when there a quarter of tank or less

Have you run logs yet? Very possible your lpfp is on its way out. I would also change your fuel filter if you haven't done so. Cheap and easy and should be done anyway.

Recording the data that your car tracks for various things to indicate a possible fault somewhere. It's usually done with a RossTech VCDS cable. There are some smartphone/bluetooth solutions as well, but the options aren't as extensive.
