Ok I have a stock GTI MKV (09) TSI, I have installed exhaust dump, front mount inter-cooler, cold air intake. I do not have any performance tunes on the ECU, hence it is stock, so what have I actually increased the horsepower to if any?

x2 on the dyno time, you may have actually lost some performance with those mods.

Modern cars are programmed to hit a power target, throwing parts at them without tuning doesn't really do anything. The computer might actually freak out and throw a code or run worse depending on what you did until you program it to take advantage of the new conditions the car is running under.

Yeah others said it best. Chances are you did not add any power. You will need a tune and then the power will be increased greatly.
