yep, ive seen mounts with 50k on them and they were smashed down pretty good
Are you saying the car was in Park and the engine seemed to be moving excessively, like a mount is bad? Maybe, but I had mine checked by the dealer since I'm still under CPO warranty and they said they're fine.
Was the idle going up and down by itself?
Can you post a video with sound? It's hard enough to diagnose with a video let alone by a description.

I honestly think that's the best and truest metaphor I've ever heard for warming up your engine.
OP...try letting it warm up first and then try revving it and see if you're still having that issue.
