vag-com cables universal?

Am currently looking at a vag-com cable someone is selling from the states.. just wondering if ross-tech use the same cables for all the mkv around the world. if its all good ill be going ahead with it!

I got my micro CAN cable from the states James, and you know that works! :biggrin:
As long as it is a genuine RossTech cable it's all good

yep should be all the same as the OBD connector is pretty much standard i think across the world now?? At least for MK5.
There are some models that need HEX+CAN, but that's listed on Ross-Tech's site and it isn't the case for MK5.
