How's it going guys. Hopefully we can keep any beetle related topics in here.(if you don't want this thread in here you just delete this mods).

My last car was a TSI MK5 GTI. great car. Sandy killed it. I'll be putting some parts I was able to salvage into this car
So far here's we've got.



Diesel Geek Sigma 6 short shifter
Forge twin take
Forge twintercooler
Forge catch can

My main goal is to try to make these parts fit the beetle. I've already sent pictures of the hood to mike from forge. Hopefully we'll have a bracket solution soon.

Sorry about your sandy loss. The turbo beetle with a gti steering wheel conversion is damn near close to interior perfection

I don't know the answer to those questions yet lol. But for example. From reading the boards, I now know MK6 gti catbacks don't fit the beetles. Only downpipe. As soon as I start test fitting everything I'll let you know.
I'm currently looking at the borla catback or a custom catback setting.

Looking for a cheap CBFA downpipe btw haha.

Dude, sucks about your Sandy loss. I was out there for two weeks handling our flood claims and after driving on the roads in Brooklyn and Queens, I have to ask, how did you drive that SWEET MK5 that low on those crappy roads? LOL
