I can get a set, some minor curb damage, clear coat peeling on mostly all of them toward the center, 500 for the set? Good deal? 2 balled tires and 2 tires 30-40% tread left, but I cant use the tires.

Yeah, its not terrible. Just strip the clear, paint the inserts yourself, and polish the spokes. All minor stuff you can do yourself for a c-note. Thats about the going rate though.
