As of right now, we don't know the level of toxicity the vaccine presents. Although a study out of Japan suggests that the LNPs are not remaining localized to the injection site, making the vaccine highly cytotoxic.
Secondly, we don't know exactly how much mRNA is needed for the vaccine to be effective. The amount necessary can greatly vary depending on gender and person. Too much and it's lethal, too little and it's ineffective. This could be part of the reason why immune responses are so varied with this vaccine, or why it's been fatal for some.
These are questions they need to answer if they want more people to get vaccinated. You can't expect everyone to just go along without answers to important questions. What world are we living in where it's wrong to want answers to important questions in regards to our bodies and health. When you look at the history of the US they give us absolutely no reason to just blindly trust what they say.
