Stage 2 FSI vs E92 M3

did a quick pull on the highway against a hard top convertible e92 (v8 400hp) m3. car had catback and x pipes plus a tune. we did a pull from probably about 40-110 ish. and i had him the whole way. i'm extremely surprised with my car.

my mods are giac stage 2, wot box, intake, ghl catted turboback


i know the mods of his car cause we stopped and chatted for a couple minutes afterwords. said the hardtop vert is MUCH slower than the coupe/sedan (guessing cause of the weight), but he said he ran a 12.9 in the car the way it is. idk....


he was a cool guy. owns a couple vws (mainly vrs) lives in south amboy and said he was on the cover of eurotuner once with a gt35r vr6 mk4 i think. didnt get a name, but was a cool guy.


but yeah. either way i'm impressed with the k03!

I would bet he was one gear to high. The e90/92 m3s have a peaky powerband for a v8.

Guy talked about afterwords. Seemed like he knows a lot about racing. Raced vr turbos and all.
