I did take bulb out then city light goes out too due to same circulation harness. since UK's mkvs sidemarkers doesnt not exist. There must be some way to turn it off. I have colormatched n lights need to go.

You must not have original equipment incandescent bulbs in your city lights anymore?
An incandescent in the sidemarker would cover for a regular LED in the city light.

On each side, one sidemarker and one city light bulb share one circuit.
But just one oe incandescent bulb, in either the sidemarker or the city light,
is all that is needed to keep the circuit happy.
That is how the european cars without front side markers do it.

If you replace your remaining city light bulb with something that is more efficient (an LED for example),
coupled with removing the sidemarker bulb and its power draw,
then the lowered load is no longer sufficient and a bulb error will occur, killing the circuit.

With the one remaining bulb on the circuit, switching to an error canceling LED,
returning to an incandescent bulb, or adding a dummy load in the form of an external resistor
will restore the normal operation of the troubled circuit.
