With the exception of the Golf R IMO - doesn't really look any more special than a white GTI :frown: Thought the blue or red colours I've seen in photos suited it much more for some reason.

The good thing about the DBP blue is people know it's an R32 straight away, as no other golf models are available in that colour (at least in AUS). Same would go for the new R i'd say, but white is still easier to look after (although may not suit some cars but i'd def get a GTI, Passat & Scirocco in CW).

The R looks like a normal golf mkvi. It doesnt stand out.

Those cars are just "R Line" not "R"s.

The Golf and 'rocco don't have the black mirror shells.

Just a sporty line like the S Line stuff for Audi... just cosmetic.
