Rear Fog wire help

i think of myself a pretty competent person i did alot of diy mods on my MKIV and so far a few on the MKV

but this has me confused

i got the trigger wire no what do i do with it i cant find a DIY for it on vortex nor on here

yes i have a euro switch and Vag-com mods to go along with it i just need to know where this wire goes and ill be all set

any help would be GREATLY appreciated

That link to the rear fog DIY pdf still works ok for me :iono:
It is a 12.2 Mb file, so it does take a while to download ...

BTW The trigger wire is just to activate the rear fog indicator in the instrument cluster.
You can actually activate rear fog without the trigger wire,
but it is a good idea to activate the indicator too :wink:
