During the summer of 2012 I found a set of Porsche OZ Futuras on Craigslist, they were pretty beat but the price was good so i decided to pick them up. The specs are 17x8.5 +56 and 17x9.5 +55
this was my old setup BBS CO 18x8 +44
The OZ's sat for awhile before i finally decided to split them
I took the barrels and lips to a local wheel shop to fix all the curb rash and polish the lips, they ended up polishing everything, but I cant complain.
The bolts definitely needed to be cleaned too.
I started priming and prepping the faces and caps and painted them too.
I waited a few days for the paint to cure and took them to be re assembled.
everything was pretty much done except getting the tires and adapters. I ended up getting 15mm VW to Porsche adapters from H&R this changed my final offset to +41 in the front and +40 in the back. The tires I got were Falken 912's 205/40/17 and 215/40/17
I'm pretty happy with the turnout, i just need to lower the front a little more so it looks more even. Feel free to leave any feedback
