Passenger-side mirror: Aspherical vs. Convex

I want to get a set of aspherical mirrors for my GTI. I have found most sets have the standard convex mirror for the right (passenger) side, but some have aspherical for both. Is there a difference on coverage angle between the 2 types and, if so, which has the wider view?

the aspherical has the wider view. most mirrors that have aspherical on one side have aspherical on the driver's side as it's really the side with the biggest blind spot. i found that i don't really need the ashperical on the passenger's side. also, the dual aspherical does not have the blue tint.
