OEM muffler replacement?

Hi All.

The original 14 year old muffler on my 06 GTI is finally rusting out and I need a replacement.
I have the ECS tuning 3" downpipe and cat with no resonator and like the sound of it with the stock exhaust.

Is there anything out there with a similar sound that the stock muffler has?
I'm not feeling the OEM pricing so something similar but aftermarket would be nice.

Obviously, you can build your own exhaust or cat-back. I live just 20 minutes from TT and I have heard this dual Borla by Techtonics and it has a better than stock sound yet deeper grunt than a single muffler. Definitely. I have one, but I'm in NC and there's no way I'm shipping that beast. Check local salvage yards. There's bound to be a MKV GTI with a decent OEM cat back.

I couldn't give mine away here in Georgia...went into the dumpster.
If you can find an HKS catback, you won't be disappointed. But they were scarce even 4 years ago.
