Odd noise - PLEASE HELP

When I start my car, even if I just had it running 5 minutes before, there is a strange noise coming from (what it sounds like) the front passenger side behind the dash. The noise lasts for a few seconds and then stops. It may happen 2 or 3 times, but within 2 or 3 minutes of starting the car it stops. There doesn't seem to be anything that 'feels' wrong, but I'm worried that something is failing and I want to catch it before it happens. I have attached a video of the noise. You can hear it - when the noise cuts off, that is when the car quieted down. Can someone give me any thoughts??

I think I had this problem once too. IIRC I took out the heater fan and I feel like there was something stuck in there.

Just replaced one of these in my wife's Honda Fit. It wasn't making any noises, but these things do tend to be located behind the glove box like you're talking about.
