GT35R Bad Idea?

Would a GT35R turbo cause too much lag for the 2.0 FSI? Are we better off with the GT30R or GT28R? Also would the engine need a proper rebuild for that big of a turbo?

its laggy and yes you would need to build it unless you wanted to run on low boost and have a car that drove like ass

Well I guess it's a good thing I didn't buy the car to roll race high school kids on the highway.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for GT30 2.0t

I just don't see a need for GT35 on this particular platform. The extra cost for a little more speed and a lot more wheel spin.
