Garrett t3 suoer 60?

hey guys im need of some advice. I was offered a brand new Garrett t3 super 60 turbo fore pretty cheap, and i was wondering what you guys think about aforementioned turbo? my concern is that he pointed out it is oil cooled ONLY.

would this be a good BT to give me a little bit more than a k04 without having to get into the internals?

k04 flows more than the super 60, only benefit is using a genuine garrett with the ability to swap exhaust housings. Oil cooled only is fine, you just plug the coolant ports.

so im not even looking at 300whp with this?

if i did get it what kind of tune would i use a stg 3? or a k04?

You would to run software specifically designed for that setup. I believe Uni and Revo both offer solutions, but I could be mistaken.

the tune isnt an issue as more and more tuners are coming out for the med9.1 ecu.

Imo it wont get u that power...whatever u can get it for, add in 450 for a manifold plus everything else ud need to run it. k04 is just easier and should net u more power.
