Gotta say, I'm a little disappointed with their service department. I called 3 times to find out what a DSG service cost, and nobody ever answered. I left 1 vm. Then I contacted them on their site and got an auto reply, but still never heard back.

Weird, I had times where they didn't answer and I had to leave a voicemail. But I've always got a call back.

It happened once a while back, but they called finally and said they had phone lines down in the area. This time I got nothing. I thought it was weird considering their service level prior to that.
