Absolutely agree. I'd like to see a crack-down and big fines for people doing this. Blinding every other driver on the road is orders of magnitude more dangerous than speeding, yet the authorities don't seem to care.

I hear ya, my best friend is a high ranking detective in my area so I constantly bug him about doing something but it probably wont happen.

My favorite thing is to high beam them and when they do it back their lights go off because they installed the wrong type.

Haha I remember riding with my friends civic hear in Miami and we come to a stop with a cop at the opposite end. I wasn't aware of how off his hids were and the cop just got the mic and said "hey you need to fix those. You trying to blind me??". There should def be some sort of fine lol
