Anyone dealt with Kufatec lately?

Just wondering. I've been having a hard time getting hold of someone either via phone or email.

Several emails have been sent to them.

Does anyone know if they have gone out of business? :iono:

I was in contact with them a few weeks ago, but getting a response from them took quite a while then too. My order was shipped promptly, but tech support took about a week to answer my email.

Kufatec sucks hands down. No customer support or tech what so ever. If I had to do it all over again, I would avoid them.

Never tried to email or call them, purchased from them Aug 2010.
Ordered a harness online and it was shipped the next day.

I bought a cruise control and TPMS retrofit kits from them, and also bought a heated seats harness for my old A4 B6 a few years ago. Their deliveries are always fast, but everything else sucks.
