Accessory Belt Advice

Hey everyone, still pretty new here and I'm looking for some advice.

My serpentine/ accessory belts on my 2.5l are squeaking when the car is cold or it is wet out. I bought the car a few years ago with about 90K on it and I'm at 120k now. I have no idea when the belts were last changed. They look to be in okay condition as there aren't any cracks in the ribs or odd ridges on the flat side. I have noticed that the the pulleys on either the idler or tensioner have some odd ridges in them and are not perfectly flat.

So my question is if I go ahead and get new belts, should I replace the tensioners as well, or see if I can get just new pulleys for them...if that is even an option. Or should I just skip the tensioner pulleys altogether? Also, should I replace the idler pulleys along with the tensioners??

Any help/ advice would be appreciated.
