Well I'm dropping the car off for another timing belt today, just about reached 200k stg 2 still on stock clutch from day 1 when I bought it
Trying to reach 300k on this motor now
copied my last post for people who only look at the first page

some of this work i did with a bud of mine and some dealer has done
repairs not my fault
oil cap neck dry rotted broke in half
diverter valve- replaced with forge valve
both front axles
timing belt twice now lol
dreaded camshaft disaster<--- done under the table by a vw tech saved me a boat load of money
timing sensor
coolant sensor
coolant hoses
various maintenance like oil changes, coolant flushes , spark plugs, coils packs
serpentine belt
some random sensors i cant remember
oil filter housing
been hit twice in the front with this car (2 brand new front bumpers hood, lights, 2 brand new inter-coolers, and radiators, hoses that come with all that )
light bulbs,
brakes
tires
ac fan
various vacuum lines
repairs that where my fault
let my wife drive my car thats what lol (she drove drunk twice)
as a result she bent a rim and made a nice whole in my oil pan
let a professional detail my engine, fried coil packs and spark plugs and ecu
let usp fix my car they f'up the wireing harness to the ecu ghetto rigged it
so i had to buy a new ecu plugs coils and all that jazz from dealer
had someone tow me out of sand cause i didnt want to wait for tow truck they bent my lower control arm<- had to replace that
i ran over a pipe at work which destroyed my radiator fans,
things that still need to be fixed
dreaded jetta headliner has fallen down in places,
door control modual broke on me 2 weeks ago so nothing on driver door works
needs new ac compressor
driver seat has some tears now and steering wheel leather worn out
i probably should have the valves clean for carbon
