Good synopsis - DTR peak numbers have mostly been in line with expectations, power curve and street/track performance unfortunately have not. That’s why I’m most curious to see how the guy’s best efforts to address lag have (or haven’t) resulted in real world performance gains over the basic stock DP setup the turbo was intended for.Im glad I didn't go with an XL, I prefer faster spool over more power. The DTR in this instance still spools slower than an XL. All in all, the DTR can get you the same peak power as a Vortex standard, but what you gain in the wallet you loose in turbo lag. I think the GT2260S would be the cheaper and faster-spooling option over the DTR.

Granted at the point you’re running a DP with a protune, you probably should have gotten a Vortex standard.
