finally got myself an 02 spacer so my 3" dp is going in on the 5th. Also finally got a proper dogbone insert so there's that at least.

Build the tranny to handle over 600. Lsd and race syncros. IE intake mani and port and polish with oversized valves. Push it to its absolute limits and see where we end up. Hopefully make a 1320video YouTube video

Keep it healthy and remove the front GTI emblem. That's all. Maybe an intake to get rid of the engine cover. Should be nearing 150k miles toward the end of 2015.

Repair/replace my bumper, lip, and wheel liners! Wife ripped it off backing away from a parking spot because it snagged on the bolt securing the parking concrete thingy to the ground.
