Jack the front of my car up, pull the front wheel back and forth like looking for a bad wheel bearing and the wheel moves and squeaks from what appears to be the lower control arm bushing

Replace control arm bushings?

Yes. Whiteline makes some awesome ones. Bit pricey though. I have them all over my saab. If you're testing for wheel bearings you want to push in and out.

Timing chain tensioner is leaking from the head, no idea why. Might need new gasket, might need new head. I haven't checked yet but it's leaking bad
