I did the rustoleum DIY kit. Acid etched the floor, sealed the cracks, the whole 9. Overall it’s held up ok but there are spots where i regularly put jacks, jack stands or other equipment where it’s starting to flake up. I spent ~$700 on just over 700 sq. ft. I think the next garage I’ll pay to get it done so it comes with a warranty

No, fell through after the inspection came back. Had termite damage, foundation issues, rotting subfloor, etc. They wouldn't fix or give an allowance so we pulled out

I’ve been busy finishing out our shed so Hannah can have her own photography studio. Had to move all the shed junk into my garage but it also gets all of her props and photography stuff out of the house

Its laminate so I kind of cheated. Easy snap, just use a small block of wood and tap it together if the joint isnt tight
