Windscreen washer bottle question

Hey Guys

How big is the windscreen washer bottle in the mkV gti?? (i figure about 5 litres or a little less than 1,5 gallons)
and secondly and more importantly does anyone know how much liquid is in the
bottle when the warning light goes off on the obd??

reason i need to know is i have hooked up my meth kit to run off the washer bottle and need to know how long i have till the bottle emplties after the warning comes up.

It seems like there is about 1/4 of the tank left when the light comes on for me.

It takes more than a gallon to fill up when the light goes on. If you need exact numbers, I suggest running the bottle empty, filling it and keeping track of how much goes in, running it 'til the light comes on, and filling it a second time. You'll get total volume and volume left when the light goes on, though it might take a lot of wipping to get to that point.
