Wife's new gli

Well i've been a dedicated MK5 forum member for a few yrs now, pretty much on it all day, i've got a 2006 UG Gti and my wife like it so much that she wanted to get one of her own i couldnt have her have the same car as me so we got her a 2007 GLI, we got a really good deal on it and its nice to have another dub to the collection (ive got a TDI beetle as my work car too). My question is I could have sworn that the 07 and up came with s MP3 input, and also where I can check for recalls, oh by the way the search feature is useless . . .

just call the dealer for the recalls and give the service adviser the vin

Its on the upper right side of the glove box... U have to look from the bottom!

you can also check here for recalls http://owners.vw.com/vww/vw_service/recalls.html type all the letters in capitals. The VIN search is case-sensitive.
