Wheel w/no Weights?

What are chances of a wheel with a used tire being balanced with no weights on it?

Im getting a stupid amount of vibrations and am trying to determine if its due to tire wear or balance.

I worked in a tire place for three years... If your wheel isn't bent and the tech lines the dot on the tire where he should there's like a 50/50 chance it could be balanced... But take it in for a balance

Mine suddenly went out last week. It felt like the car was going to come apart at 76-77mph. It felt like I was on a dirt road at high speed.

They shop balanced the wheels but thought it was something else because it only required a very minor adjustment. But it's nice and smooth now.

Look like the wheels are irregularly worn. Im at the shop now having that one balanced to see if it helps at all. New tires in the future.

What kind of tires and do you think it needs alignment?

Michelin pilots. Im sure it needs an alignment which I will do when I replace them.
