what are the symptoms of a blown PCV valve. help anyone?

my car feels kinda slow, just a bit tho... i checked my dv and its not it. next thing to mind would be the pcv valve but i could be wrong.. thanks

i jsut replaced my PCV valve with the euro jet one. The three symtoms I noticed where a high pitched whinning sound that followed the rpm's of the engine, oil leaking from the oil filter, and I also had some oil in the DV. The euro jet piece fixed everything.

I just got my "breather" valve replaced. Pretty sure they meant PCV. My car was losing a lot of oil, and in Park it would Idle hard and case Misfires. New one fixed everything (under warranty).
