I love the sunroom... my wife and I have one off our master on the second floor. We have a 150 year old oak that towers over the house and is eye level with the sunroom. There are lots of squirrels and birds in the tree so the cats hang out in that room all day. They love basking in the sun and appreciating the critter action!

On the pool... I am looking forward to the day we hire a company to remove ours. :yikes:

Looking at the weather over there comparing to over here, I feel sick of this county, its so wet and cold here. Why I didn't born in L.A in the first place. Your car looks hot and clean, whereas mine is dirty because of the salt on the roads and dirty rain water spray.
