I just sent them an email. Looks like Boxster seats are pretty easy to find. I was going to redo my VW seats but I think these will be much nicer.

Very nice! I got mine from my buddy that has a VW/Audi shop he got them from his buddies that own a shop too. The guy didn't like the seats and bought GT3 seats to go in his Cayman S and told them to throw those away. They had like 4,000 miles on them. I love the way they ride I just drove 7 hours in them and they are never uncomfortable. I guess they've been in my car for a couple of years now.

Nothing Leaves Stock.com will build me a set of adapters for 400. This is looking very likely for me. Also found a set like yours that is unused for a little more. Lots of choices on ebay. My driver seat is worn and needs to be redone. Replacing the seats seems like a much nicer option and a nice upgrade.

Yeah Porsche seats keep a factory feel but are a very nice upgrade too.

electronics all just clip in for the air bags?

No you have to straight wire connection aren't the same unfortunately
