VMR vs. Detroits

I'm weighing out my options right now.
I've got a MKV with mint condition VMR 710's on it. I'm probably going to trade her in for a MKVI.
Question:
Would you swap out the wheels and let the Detroits go with the old car?
However if I keep the Detroits I could get good money for them, right?

I'd try to buy a set of cheap denvers or huffs to put on the old car.

Detroits are not worth "good" money.. some money but probably not a lot. I say grab a pair of classix off here or craigslist and trade it with them. Cost you 3-400 and keep both sets of 18's until you decide which to sell. MKVI would look great with v710s on it IMO
