The problems are so many and immense that at this point I wouldn't know where to start to discuss it. The only thing I'll say is that 180 billion $ is a drop in the bucket compared to what's needed. And the what's needed won't be attempted because of our politicians. Each party wants what they want and nothing will get done.

If $180 billion a year is a drop in the bucket, then $26 billion a year for preschool, day care, and things that matter to families is nothing.
