Turbo question.

I work at a Porsche dealer and I just got a turbo off a 4 CYL Macan part number 06L.145.722.C with a bad wastegate actuator..



Anyone know anything about these? Is it the same as the "R" turbo? Is it of any use for our cars?

Did a Google search and looks like that part number is for turbos that used to be on 2016 - 2018 Audi A6 but got replaced by 06L-145-722-N.

Yeah, I saw that too, but no mention of VW applications which is why I'm asking..

I do know it is not the IS38 which is the turbo on the R.

Based off of the research and finding nothing pertaining to VW, I would assess that it is unlikely that you can use it on the MK7.
