Wicked pissah when the engine cover broke. So I threw it away and took some other stuff off. See the butt plug? Wanted to see if it really improved throttle response before I shelled out the cash for the A3 thing. No more sound tube and removed the 710 extension.

If you are going to spend the money on the A3 pipe, save up and grab the BSH DV kit. Why not kill 2 birds with one stone? Preventative maintenance on your DV if you are/will be chipped and you can make use of that noise pipe!

Thats the route I plan on taking anyways, that kit has some great reviews.

Butt dyno says Yes. Seems to spool faster also. I'm happy about the simple mod. Even if there is no performance gains, I'm glad to be rid of the ugly sound tube. With a CAI, you can't hear the sound tube anyway.
