I see signs like that in Virginia all the time and never once have seen it actually being done.

you wont see it. You will just get a ticket in the mail one day lol


Those signs are littered all over 95 here in Florida.

I'm not sure if there are signs like that around here. There are white painted marks that the aircraft use to measure your speed. When I see those I assume there may be eyes in the sky.
