I find it not needed for a non-custom tune having gone from Driver Motorsport back to my original GIAC K04 H.O. tune.
A PM3 is still under the control of the oem pump controller/PWM and given a LPFP upgrade makes 6.6 bar/95psi with just 11.4 to 12.8 amps there's no need for additional amps. I've never seen more than a 5.8 bar target anyhow and the upgrade needs just 10.8 to 12.2 amps to make the 5.8 bar pressure. The PM3 really isn't needed unless you have a custom or open-loop tune and remove the pressure regulated filter. Probably works well with custom tuned big turbo and injectors. Otherwise, it's pointless IMO.
So, yeah, a fair price to ask please. I also have the VAG plug-n-play harness/loom and the forward fuse connector. Going to try removing it completely together so it can be easily installed by someone.
