I think to best "kick in the balls" that Trump has had was not just the PGA, but also the "Royal & Ancient" deciding that they would not be using his golf courses (R&A deciding against Turnberry) for their championships in the future. Turnberry last held the open in 2009, & Trump bought it in 2014.
