surging after hitting puddle of water

Hey everyone,

Yesterday night I was driving home on a rather very suburban part of Northern Illinois (Barrington area on Northwest Highway) (There was some flooding in the area earlier in the day because of heavy rains) when out of nowhere before I even realized it a giant puddle of water came up in front of me; I started to break but it was too late, I went in and the wave that came up literally covered the car from bottom to top.

It still runs, but it's surging when coming out of a stop, and some times the boost gauge "dances" between 18 in hg. and 12 in hg. When coming out of a stop it feels really rough.

When I got home, there were a few droplets of water on the coil packs and maf sensor, I wiped them all down. Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner available, but I right now have unplugged the battery for 2 hours and popped the hood open in direct sunlight for a while.

Anybody experience anything similar before?
